The problem

The screen that shows last month's kitchen

"We spent a fortune on the sales centre, and within a month the big screen was showing the old kitchen. The agents started turning it off before buyers walked in." Every sales manager has a version of that story. The display suite is built once, for opening weekend, and then the project keeps moving: finishes change, homes sell, a phase is added. Content on the screens needs someone to drive to site with a USB stick, so it doesn't get updated.

A sales gallery earns its space only if it stays current and the agent can drive it without thinking. When the screens show one thing, the price sheet another and the agent's tablet a third, the buyer notices, and the room stops helping your team close.

Who uses it

Who the sales gallery is for

Agents use it to tell the project's story in the same order every time, then drop into the one home the buyer cares about. Buyers use the masterplan and the kiosk to explore on their own while they wait. The sales manager needs every screen showing the current release and every agent working from the same status. The developer needs the room to match what was approved and what is in the disclosure material.

The content comes from the same scene as your web tour and renderings. A buyer who explored at home sees the same building in the sales centre, and nothing is redrawn.

Day to day

How a sales gallery runs once it's open

01

Spec the hardware to the room

We spec the screens and computers to the space and the content. A trusted installation partner sets them up to our specs. You deal with us.

02

Register every device

Each screen and computer is registered in your StudioLink assets, with its health visible to you and to us.

03

Update from StudioLink

When a new gallery set is approved or a phase is added, the content updates from StudioLink, with no site visit.

04

Fix it remotely

If a screen misbehaves on a Saturday, we can see it and fix most things remotely.

What gets in the way

What goes wrong in sales centres, and the fix

What it costs

Content goes stale

Updates need a site visit, so they wait. The screens drift away from the design and the price sheet.

How it’s solved

Content updates from StudioLink. Approve a new set and the screens use it.

What it costs

A screen goes dark on launch weekend

Nobody knows who to call, and the busiest day of the year runs on printed boards.

How it’s solved

Every device sits in your StudioLink assets with its health visible. We see it too, and fix most things remotely.

What it costs

Three vendors, no owner

One firm made the content, another sold the screens, a third installed them. When it breaks, each points at the others.

How it’s solved

You deal with us. We spec the hardware and work with our installation partner.

What it costs

Status that disagrees

The masterplan shows a home as available that the agent knows is on hold.

How it’s solved

Screens read from one inventory, the same one your web tour uses.

Questions

Do you supply and install the hardware?+

We spec it to the project and work with a trusted installation partner, who sets it up to our specs. You deal with us.

What if a screen goes down?+

Every screen is in your StudioLink assets. You can see its health, and we can see it too and fix most things remotely.

How far ahead should we plan the sales centre screens?+

Plan them with the display suite layout, not after it. Screen positions affect millwork, power and data. Our presale launch timeline shows where it fits.

Can the sales gallery use the same content as our web tour?+

Yes. Both come from the same 3D scene and approved library, so buyers see the same building at home and in the sales centre.

Who owns the hardware?+

We spec it to the project and our installation partner sets it up to our specs. Ownership and supply are set out in your scope before we start.

How do content updates reach the screens?+

From StudioLink. When a new set is approved or a phase is added, the screens update without a site visit.

What happens if a screen stops working?+

Each device is registered in your StudioLink assets with its health visible. We can see it too and fix most things remotely.

Can buyers use it without an agent?+

Yes, in kiosk mode. It's useful on busy weekends when agents are with other buyers.

Can a sales gallery run after the sales centre closes?+

The same experience runs as a web tour, so buyers can keep exploring at home.
